1. Position : Project Cost Control Supervisor
Requirements
1. Minimum bachelor degree in Civil Engineering/Industrial Engineering from reputable University
2. Minimum 2 year experience in cost control and project reporting.
3. Good knowledge in Cash Flow Management, Budget & Cost Control Management
4. Good knowledge in dealing with accounting, cost calculation, reporting for mining company
5. Excellent communication skills - spoken, written, and presentation.
6. Excellent business analysis skills.
7. Will be placed in site : Sumatera
Responsibilities :
1. Utilize and maintain cost control systems.
2. Prepare and review the cost report for the Project Monthly Report.
3. Accurately prepare budget forecasting and progress monitoring activities and reporting.
4. Prepare cash flow forecasts for the Project.
2. Position : Project Engineer
Requirements :
1. Minimum bachelor degree in Mechanical/Civil/Industrial Engineering
2. Minimum 2 Year Experience as project engineer in coal mining company
3. Software experience to include as minimum Microsoft Project
4. High level of initiative and results orientated
5. Will be Placed in site area : Sumatera
Responsibilities :
1. Provided for project Pre calculation (material, man power, transportation).
2. Monitoring project material status and report to project manager.
3. Support for design & create technical drawing
3. Position : PIT Geotechnical Section Head
Requirements :
1. Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Geology/Mining Engineering.
2. Having “Pratama or Madya” Certification is preferable
3. Minimum of 5 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining and mine engineering.
5. Having Superior Skills in :
A. Geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement.
B. Geotechnical analysis using of geotechnical software of both LEM (Slope/W, Galena, Swedge, etc) & FEM (Phase2, Seep/W, Sigma/W).
6. Have experience in river / creek diversion is an advantage.
Responsibilities :
1. Coordinate geotechnical works for contract mining pits
2. Assist other geotechnical engineers in solving geotechnical problems or issues
3. Regular geotechnical inspection and communicate the issue with operation and mine planning
4. Perform Stability analysis for pitshell design, dump, embankment, road and topsoil
5. Perform design review and back analysis
6. Generate rock mass properties as input for stability analysis
7. Daily pits inspection and communicate the issue with operation and mine planning
8. Perform failure back analysis for pits, dump, stockpiles, road, etc.
4. Position : Geotechnical Modelling Engineer
Requirement :
1. Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Geology/Mining Engineering.
2. Have “Pratama” Certification is preferable.
3. Minimum of 2 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining and mine engineering.
4. Experience in Mining heavy industry is essential.
5. Superior skills in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement
6. Superior skills in the in geotechnical analysis and modeling using geotechnical software
7. Self motivated and self starter.
8. Good interpersonal relationship skill.
9. Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
10. Must possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English.
Responsibilities :
1. Concern on geotechnical-slope stability analysis in pit and dump mining area; Day to day geotechnical field inspection and slope stability monitoring in pit mining and dump area; Arranged and Supervise Geotechnical monitoring team.
2. Able to Analyze Geotechnical & Slope Stability
3. Able to operate Slope-W Software to run and up-date coal geotechnical model in pit mining and exploration area
5. Position : Geologist
Requirements :
1. Minimum S1 Geology / Geodetic / Mining
2. Minimum 2-3 years site experience in coal mining planning and exploration, including knowledge about drilling and blasting
3. Software experience to include as minimum AutoCAD and Minescape
4. Capable of leading and directing field teams in mapping
5. High level of initiative and results orientated
Responsibilities :
1. Study geology mapping and data interpretation, rock sampling, alteration, mineralization and making exploration report
2. Perform field survey such as geological mapping, test pit,trenching, sampling, geophysical method, drilling, and estimating
3. Resources and reserves to locate and identify mineral and coal reserves
4. Able to analyze and surface structure, composition rock base, core sample and geological structure
5. Make fieldworks report progress continuously.
6. Position : Civil Infrastructure Supervisor
Requirements :
1. Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university
2. Minimum 3 Years Experience in road infrastructure, bridge, port.
3. Have some experiences in Construction and hauling road maintenance will be advantage. 4. Have “Keahlian Pelaksana Jalan “ certificate is preferable
5. Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving
6. Be able to adapt quickly
Responsibilities :
1. Monitor and make sure that schedule of project within time frame, make sure quality and quantity of work is always referring to contract document and term of references
2. Manage subordinates to supervising working progress and make a close monitoring with daily report
3. Design building structure, and making coordination with any other party during planning and constructing period
4. Monitor progress of work to running in schedule, and quality and quantity as contract specification. And coordinating the construction drawing to be apply at site
5. Make sure the project is completed on time and meet standard as plan
7. Position : Mechanical & Electrical Infrastructure Supervisor
Requirements :
1. Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputable university
2. Minimum 3 Years Experience as Mechanical & Electrical in coal mining industry
3. Good knowledge in Computer; such as MS. Office and MS. Project
4. Have strong leadership skills, proactive attitude, and be interested in performing shooting and finding solutions and making improvements for the benefit of project.
5. Have capability to manage a group of technicians, capable to make comprehensive reports and illustrate correctly.
Responsibilities :
1. Ensure construction activities conducted with respect to aspects of Occupational Health Safety.
2. Assign and coordinate with all sub-contractors in performing Mechanical and Electrical works.
3. Control, estimate & budget cost & man power planning
4. Report to the superintendent of construction regularly and consistently
5. Make schedule of Corrective maintenance and Preventive Maintenace for Belt conveyor Crusher Plant and Loading Port area
